As a business developer, you will be a key person in the work of creating innovative, legally secure and effective solutions that make a real difference - both for our employees and for the people we serve.
The support and care administration is responsible for three central areas of activity: exercise of authority, disability care and individual and family care. Our mission is to create the conditions for people to live a safe and independent life, with the social services' responsibilities as a basis.
Within the administration there is the Management Staff, a strategic function that drives development in several of our support processes. It brings together expertise in digitization, communication, premises supply and investigation - all to strengthen operations in meeting the needs of residents.
Your work tasks
The social services are facing a digital transformation that is changing the way we work, meet residents and ensure legally secure decisions. Expectations for efficiency, accessibility and user-friendly services are increasing - both from society and legislation.
As a business developer with a focus on digitization, you will be a key person in this transition, where you will, among other things:
Be involved in development initiatives all the way - from needs capture and planning to implementation and follow-up. You will support the business in change management, lead the implementation work, ensure participation and follow up the effects of digital initiatives.
Mapping and analyzing business needs - through workshops, interviews and process analysis, you identify areas for improvement and prioritize actions based on business goals.
Ensure that digital solutions support business objectives, strengthen legal certainty and contribute to better outcomes for individuals.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, such as managers and employees, suppliers, regions, authorities and other municipalities.
Monitors trends and regulations to translate external developments into strategic opportunities for the social services.

About you
You are driven, structured and solution-oriented. Your analytical and pedagogical skills enable you to explain complex relationships in a clear and engaging way. You see digitization as a tool for business benefit and improved results for the individual.
Requirements:
University degree in e.g. social sciences, behavioral sciences, informatics or other relevant field.
A few years of experience in business development and digitalization, preferably in the public sector.
Proven leadership experience and ability to drive change processes.
Experience of information classification and impact assessments according to GDPR.
Meritorious:
Good understanding of the social services mission, regulations and processes.
Experience of working with digital support tools, e-services or process automation in the areas of social services.
Experience of agile working methods and collaboration in agile teams.
