Your Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant, you’ll work closely with older adults in their own homes. You’ll be assigned to a specific geographic area along with your colleagues, where—based on a schedule—you’ll start your shift by coordinating the day’s tasks.
You will also serve as the primary care contact for some of the people we support, which entails a special responsibility for continuity, participation, and security.
About You
We are looking for a trained nursing assistant who treats people with respect, empathy, and care. Experience working in home care is a plus.
You are self-assured, enjoy collaborating with others, and have the ability to adapt your approach to each person’s unique needs. You contribute to a positive work environment and are committed to helping develop high-quality care.
You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You also have a Class B driver’s license and/or can ride a bicycle.
