Now we are looking for a caretaker who will be responsible for the exterior care within one of our residential areas.
Job description:
In the role of caretaker, you work with lawn mowing, flower bed maintenance and planting and pruning shrubs and trees. It also includes keeping common areas clean and free of debris, overseeing storm water drains and lighting, handling bulky waste and supervising sorting rooms and filter changes. During the winter months, snow clearing and de-icing are included. You will be part of a team but you should also be able to work independently.
The work is varied and suits those who enjoy physical work and who have the desire and commitment to provide professional service to our customers.
The service as a caretaker also includes preparedness during the winter.
Competence profile:
We want you to have experience of driving a wheel loader and that you have previously worked with snow removal. If you also have knowledge of gardening, landscaping and pruning, it is a merit. Training and practical experience in using a chainsaw and clearing saw is also an advantage. B-driving license is a requirement.
Personal qualities:
Your personality is important for the position as a caretaker. We are looking for you who are responsible, have good cooperation skills but can also work independently and are good at planning.
Are you interested?
The position is a permanent position with access according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period.
