We are a service organization for schools in upper secondary and adult education, where we ensure the smooth running of the schools. The service organization is responsible for, among other things, furnishing our premises, maintenance, fault reporting and repair of furnishings and equipment, alarms and locks, internal and external mail handling, ordering of interiors, ergonomic products, invoice management and various administrative and practical office tasks as well as staffing the reception of the upper secondary schools. We are part of the school in everyday life, at events and provide equipment and other things needed to keep the school running smoothly. We are also responsible for ensuring proper fire evacuation and fire safety in the schools. We are now looking for a substitute important caretaker! Your tasks We are looking for a caretaker for the daily operation and activities linked to the school premises. As a caretaker, you have a lot of contact with meal service, property service and cleaning. You have a fixed workplace at Dragonskolan but are mobile based on where the assignments are. The tasks include, among other things: Maintenance of technical equipment such as smartboards, projectors, lights and sound Programming of cards and authorizations in our cards and lock systems Lock changes/opening of student lockers Simple repair tasks, maintenance and installations Furniture removals Recycling/replenishing teacher materials Receiving deliveries Handling of school mail Locking the school Coordination of fault reportsSome administration, such as ordering materials About you We are looking for you who have a real estate education and/or experience in the industry. You are technically minded and computer literate where you are used to working in different systems. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills, are service-minded, flexible and stress-resistant. You can work independently and have good planning skills. As you meet students, staff, suppliers, craftsmen and other partners on a daily basis, you also have good communication skills. You are an important adult in the school. A B driving license is required for the position. The position involves heavy lifting. As one of the workplaces is Forslunda, which is an agricultural high school with several animals, you should not be allergic.
