Job description:
We are looking for a construction project manager who will work with planned property maintenance as well as rebuilding and extension projects. As a project manager, you have the task of project management, drawing up tender documents, implementing and following up planned construction and maintenance projects. We offer you a varied job with many interesting and challenging projects, such as roof, bathroom and trunk renovations as well as ROT projects.
Competence profile:
As a construction project manager with us, you need a construction engineering college degree or equivalent education. We also want you to have project management experience of complex construction and maintenance projects. You have good knowledge of the industry's laws and standard agreements (e.g. AB 04, ABT 06, AMA).
Driving license is a requirement.
Personal qualities:
The service places high demands on your personal qualities. As a person, you are quality conscious and have a very good ability to build relationships, both internally and externally. You should be structured and have good administrative skills. Real Estate Development works a lot with an open climate where you together with our employees contribute to experience sharing and development for future challenges. We assume that you master the Swedish language and have easy to express yourself in speech and writing.
