Job description:

We are looking for an experienced construction project manager who will work with planned property maintenance as well as remodeling and extension projects. As a project manager, you are tasked with planning, procuring, implementing and following up planned construction and maintenance projects. We offer you varied work with many interesting and challenging projects, for example roof, bathroom and trunk renovations as well as ROT projects.

Competence profile:

You will have a construction engineering university degree or equivalent education. If you have also worked as a site manager in the construction industry or have qualified project management experience, we see that as an advantage. Driving license is a requirement.


Personal characteristics:

The position makes high demands on your personal qualities. As a person, you are structured, quality conscious and have a very good ability to create relationships, both internally and externally. Property development works a lot with an open climate where you, together with our employees, contribute to feedback and development for future challenges. We assume that you have a command of the Swedish language and find it easy to express yourself verbally and in writing.
