The alcohol and drug clinic is a service offered in collaboration between Region Västerbotten and Umeå municipality. Through information, counseling, coordination and treatment of a short-term nature, the activities will work to reduce risky use or dependence on alcohol, drugs and gambling, and for people to achieve good health and a socially functional life without risky use or dependence. The service also offers support to family members. The alcohol and drug clinic has a mission to act as a center of excellence in the field. The working group consists of coordinators, nurses, doctors and social workers. The operation is LGBTQ-certified and our premises are located on the east side of Dragonens hälsocentral. We now need to strengthen our team with a coordinator! Your tasks As a coordinator at the Alcohol and Drug Clinic, you are the face of the organization, which means, for example, giving lectures, participating in theme days and being responsible for coordinating study visits and continuously informing about the Alcohol and Drug Clinic. You are the convener of collaboration meetings with networks and activities both internally and externally, as well as authorities with which the Alcohol and Drug Clinic collaborates. You also work with development issues for the Alcohol and Drug Clinic, administrative tasks and are responsible for, for example, the structure of meetings at the clinic and follow-up of the activities. About you We are looking for you who have a relevant higher education, for example as a social worker or nurse. You have experience of working with risky use or dependence on alcohol, drugs or gambling. You have good knowledge of Swedish, and have good habit of expressing yourself in writing We consider it an advantage if you also have training in relapse prevention and/or gambling addiction, as well as experience of working with relapse prevention. We also consider it positive if you have previously worked in teams and with collaboration, as well as business development and/or project management.
