Your work tasks
As a coordinator, you are the contractual partner for the municipality's tenant-owned apartments and rented apartments. You are responsible for coordinating and managing apartments, mainly for target groups with social housing needs, refugee reception and student housing. The assignment also includes overall work with the entire apartment stock, such as monitoring vacancies.
The tasks include planning, optimization, coordination and distribution of the apartment stock, which is mostly rented from external property owners or consists of tenant-owned apartments. You will also work on initiating rentals and purchases of condominiums as well as the liquidation of apartments.
This involves overall responsibility for planning, initiating and coordinating events and processes, as well as responsibility for the budget, and contacts throughout the life cycle of the apartment.
You are the municipality's administrator and contact person for apartment and rental issues for internal activities and external tenants as well as external property owners / actors. This involves, among other things, rent calculations, rent negotiations, distribution of apartments between different internal activities/tenants, who have sublease agreements with the resident. Where applicable, also first-hand agreements with external tenants.
Coordination and management of matters related to the apartments such as disturbances, installment plans, as well as standard-enhancing measures such as minor adaptations and housing adaptations are also included in the tasks.
About you
We are looking for you with a post-secondary education with a focus on housing law, management or other relevant area.
You have experience of a coordinating function between different actors. Experience and knowledge of housing management, housing law and economics is an advantage.
As a large part of the position involves building and maintaining both internal and external relationships, you need to be a confident and communicative person with good interpersonal skills. You also need to be responsible, independent and structured with good administrative skills.
A B driving license is a requirement.
