Here, visitors can get help to understand information, learn about what support is available and how to get it, discover the association life in Umeå and find ways to work, education or rehabilitative efforts. Your tasks With us at Kraftverket, you can be part of making a real difference. We support people over the age of 18 to break isolation, become part of a context, strengthen their mental health and take steps towards work, study or other employment. With us, you will be an important part of a committed team that creates positive changes in people's lives every day. In the role you will, among other things: Coordinate and plan activities together with colleagues and other professionals. Providing support, advice and guidance on issues related to everyday life, health and community contacts. Leading activities that promote community, participation and self-development Helping participants to find the right support and opportunities in the community. Working hours are during the day, evenings. Weekends may occur. About you You have a relevant university education, for example in social work, behavioral science or pedagogy. We are also looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with relevant further education, for example case management or support pedagogy. You have experience of working with people who live with mental illness, neuropsychiatric disabilities or are in socially vulnerable life situations. It is an advantage if you have experience of working in similar activities or have experience of coordinating efforts between different authorities and care providers. It is also an advantage if you have worked with business development and with people with harmful use or dependence. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe that you are a communicative, solution-oriented and creative person. You should be able to handle difficult conversations and deal with people with challenging or demanding behaviors in a respectful and professional manner when needed. We value your ability to take initiative, to work in a team and to have a structured approach. We attach great importance to personal suitability. The position requires you to have a good command of spoken and written Swedish and a good command of English. We would like to see that you have a B-driving license as co-planning with other activities takes place, but it is not a requirement.
