Your work tasks As a development manager, you have a broad and independent assignment where you work as a close strategic and operational support to the elderly care business managers. We are looking for you who want to contribute to strengthening and developing quality work in elderly care for a knowledge-based and patient-safe elderly care. You will drive, ensure and further develop quality parameters in the daily work, which takes place in close collaboration with our operations. This means, among other things, supporting and strengthening the quality improvement work, conducting analyzes, producing decision-making documents, supporting the development and revision of existing routines. The position also includes close cooperation with other development managers and joint administrative functions to create synergies and exchange experiences and good examples. About you For the positions in Care homes/short-term stays and Your municipal home care service, we are looking for you who have a college or university education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. For the position in Health Care, it is required that you have a nursing license and experience as a nurse. You have an interest in and experience of process management and the ability to successfully conduct development work in politically controlled activities. It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of municipal care, especially care for the elderly. The job requires you to be able to work both independently and in teams and to represent the administration in both internal and external contexts. We believe that you are comfortable communicating verbally and have good oral and written communication skills. You will be confident, analytical, flexible and solution-oriented. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A B driving license is required. We welcome your application!
