Your tasks
As a development manager, you have a broad and independent assignment where you act as a close strategic and operational support to the elderly care operations' business managers. We are looking for you who want to contribute to strengthening and developing quality work in elderly care for a knowledge-based and patient-safe elderly care.
You will drive, ensure and further develop quality parameters in the daily work, which takes place in close collaboration with our operations. This means, among other things, supporting and strengthening quality improvement work, conducting analyzes, producing decision-making documents, supporting the development and revision of existing routines. The position also includes close cooperation with other development managers and joint administrative functions to create synergies and exchange experiences and good examples.
About you
The work requires that you can work both independently and in teams and can represent the administration in both internal and external contexts. We believe that you are comfortable communicating verbally and have good oral and written communication skills. You will be confident, analytical, flexible and solution-oriented. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
