We know that this depends on dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional staff who provide high-quality instruction. We make a difference every day and are proud of our mission. We have Sweden’s most important job—our mission is to instill hope for the future in young people.

Obbola School is a pre-K–9 school with 380 students. The school is located in a scenic area close to the forest and the sea. The school has demonstrated excellent results over a number of years and works to promote safety and well-being, including through well-developed teamwork and collaboration with the student health team. We strive for a holistic educational approach from preschool through 9th grade. Obbola School is one of Umeå Municipality’s training schools, which means that during the school year, we host student teachers as part of their practical training program (VFU).
