Your tasks will be You will guide and support people with intellectual and mental disabilities in their everyday lives. You will provide individual, social and practical support to enable and utilize the person's own abilities and thus create the conditions for independence. You work to make the persons involved in their everyday life and have a meaningful leisure and/or employment. The work includes personal care, practical tasks and everyday chores such as shopping, cooking and various types of activities. Co-planning occurs between our activities within the Disability Care Service About you We are looking for you with at least an upper secondary school diploma and experience of working in disability care. It is an advantage if you are a trained nurse, childminder or have another education that we consider equivalent. Your way of working is characterized by flexibility, continuity and security. We are looking for you who have a good ability to structure and want to be involved in developing the business. You are committed and have a willingness to share our values and work towards set goals and to work with continuous improvements. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
