About the job You will work in the Health Care Unit within the Disability Care for Adults. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you are responsible for health care within your area of expertise in the disability care homes, where people with LSS decisions live. The target group is mainly adults with some form of disability, a fantastic target group to work with. You are responsible for ensuring that the medical interventions work well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups in primary care and the Region. The work involves supervising small and large groups of staff. Working hours are during the day and occasional weekend shifts. About you We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. We would like you to have experience of mobile work and/or disability care. You need to have a B driving license. If you have further training as a district nurse or in psychiatry, we see it as an advantage. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation, you need to have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is good while you actively work for a functioning teamwork with different professional skills where the person himself also has a central role. Of course, you have a good, respectful treatment and are responsive and open in contacts with both users and their relatives.
