About the job
You will work in the Health Care Unit within Disability Care for Adults. We are a team of nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. As a nurse, you are responsible for health care within your area of expertise in the disability care's housing, where people with LSS decisions live. The target group is mainly adults with some form of disability, a fantastic target group to work with. You are responsible for ensuring that the medical interventions work well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professional groups in primary care and the Region. The work involves supervising smaller and larger staff groups.
The working hours are scheduled for day and sparse weekend duty.
About you
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. We would like to see that you have experience of mobile work and / or disability care. You need to have a B driving license. If you have further training as a district nurse or in psychiatry, we see it as meritorious.
In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. Your ability to work independently is good while you actively work for a functioning teamwork with different professional competencies where the person himself also has a central role.
Of course, you have a good, respectful treatment and are responsive and open in contacts with both users and their relatives. You are good at collaborating and want to contribute to good communication and collaboration with other actors. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The services refer to vacation substitution, with the possibility of extension and start in March by agreement. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. Selection, interviews and appointment are ongoing.
