The HR department of the City Management Office is a central function that supports all municipal administrations in the field of HR. Our mission is to contribute to a uniform and sustainable employer policy by shaping and monitoring common processes and systems. The HR department consists of four teams with different specialist areas: Salary and pension, Negotiation and labor law, Work environment/leadership/learning/administration & Sporren, and Recruitment and skills supply. We in Recruitment and Skills Supply are a small working group that works both operationally and strategically with issues related to recruitment and skills supply. Together with the HR functions and managers of the administrations, we ensure a high-quality recruitment process for the entire municipality. Your tasks In this position, you will work in the Recruitment Support Office, which is a municipality-wide function that provides support to HR, managers and citizens in matters related to recruitment. The position is largely administrative, where you will, among other things: Formulate and quality assure job advertisements Publish and close advertisements in our recruitment system Manning the telephone loop and functional mailbox Provide support, guidance and service to HR, managers and applicants Contribute to social media work and the municipality's employer brand About you We are looking for you who are committed, responsible and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships, but you are also confident in taking your own initiative and making decisions within your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you are communicative and service-oriented and can adapt your approach to the recipient and situation. The role requires you to be able to handle several parallel tasks at the same time, without compromising on quality or details. We believe that you enjoy working with text and communication and that you are happy to contribute with creative ideas, both in the small and in the larger context. You are comfortable working in a digital environment and are able to easily familiarize yourself with and switch between different IT systems and digital tools, as we deal with several administrative systems and tools on a daily basis. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Requirements Ongoing studies in the human resources program or other education that the employer considers relevant Experience of service or customer-oriented work Unrestricted knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, and good knowledge of English Meritorious Experience of personnel administration, preferably with a focus on recruitment Other information The position is for an intermittent employment as needed, approximately 8-10 hours a week. For more intensive periods, we would like you to be able to work more, while we understand that the schedule as a student can also vary in intensity. Working hours are Monday-Friday between 08:00-17:00, based in the City Hall. There is the possibility of working part of the day as well as the possibility of teleworking after completing training. Start as soon as possible by agreement, initially until 2026-06-14. Possible possibility of full-time work during the summer, and possible possibility of continued employment in the fall.
