Home health and medical care is responsible for home care, rehabilitation, habilitation and assistive devices in ordinary housing for people over 18 years of age. We work based on a person-centered approach and a holistic approach where each patient meeting is unique and significant.

Your duties

As a nurse in home health care, you perform health care interventions at the primary care level for patients from 18 years of age.

You plan your working day to a large extent, where you prioritize between different interventions and take your own initiatives. You work closely with patients, relatives, colleagues and other important actors, both within the municipality and the region, to create the best possible conditions for safe and quality care in the patients' own homes.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Maybe you work part-time today or have just retired? Experience in districts, care of the elderly or psychiatry is an advantage. You have good experience of working in digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both in speech and writing. A B driving license is required.

You thrive on independent work while valuing collaboration and having the ability to coordinate and keep together care efforts. You work with a professional and positive attitude towards both patients and colleagues. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids should be used. Smoking and furry animals may occur in the workplace.

Other

Temporary employment (intermittent employment) with duty when needed, access is by agreement. Interviews, selection and appointment take place on an ongoing basis.

The working hours can be scheduled day, evening and weekend.

Within Home Health Care, there are three geographical teams, as an hourly worker, your work can be based on all teams.
