We are looking for extra staff for meal service The mission of the Food Service is to serve good, healthy and customized meals with good service. Through public meals, the Food Service contributes to good public health and sustainable development. The service has several types of kitchens Production kitchens, which deliver either chilled or hot food to reception/serving kitchens. Preparation kitchens that only cook for their own school/preschool Elderly care kitchens that deliver hot food to elderly care restaurants and chilled portioned food Most of the activities consist of lunches, but breakfast and snacks are also prepared and served in many units. In elderly care units, dinners are also prepared, served and distributed. We are looking for both chef and meal assistant substitutes who can go into all areas of the meal service at short notice to support when some of the regular staff are not available. About you Chef: We are looking for people with a chef's diploma. Experience of similar tasks is an advantage. Meal assistant: We are looking for you who have a food technology education / catering or other comparable education is desirable. Experience of similar tasks is an advantage. The work requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to, among other things, be able to communicate with our customers as well as take part in instructions and document according to self-control. For the position, it is an advantage if you have a B driving license and access to your own car. In order to work in the school, an extract from the police's criminal record must be presented.
