The fee unit is responsible for calculating and managing fees and invoices in elderly care. We are centrally located in Umeå, on Rådhusesplanaden, and today we are four fee administrators who are looking for new colleagues to join our team! Work tasks As a fee administrator, you work with making official decisions on fees for people who have been granted interventions in elderly care. The work involves: investigating income and housing costs, deciding on fees based on current legislation communicating decisions to the parties concerned. You will also have regular contact with users and relatives, mainly during our telephone hours Monday-Friday 10.00-11.30, and via email. About you We are looking for you who are trained as a social worker and have experience of exercising authority. It is advantageous if you also have: experience of working in elderly care or other areas of social services, training in economics experience of working in the Treserva system. As a person, you are communicative, thorough and structured. You are easy to cooperate and thrive in a team where we support each other. In meetings with various stakeholders, you are both responsive and unpretentious. You are also curious, want to learn new things and have a drive to contribute to improvements in your work.
