Job description:

As Head of Administrative Support, you have staff, budget and operational responsibility for the area of responsibility. The department currently consists of five officials with a breadth of skills that all contribute to delivering high service to our tenants and efficient management of our properties.

The purpose of the department is to support the management organization with skills in, for example, property data, internal quality, project support and social issues, all of which allow us to meet changing needs, develop and improve processes and working methods and to ensure a high and consistent quality in our delivery.

In the role of Head of Administrative Support, you are responsible for providing the conditions for efficient and smooth coordination between internal functions within administrative support and other roles within the administrative organization, but also towards external contractors and contract partners as some project management is included in the role.

Competence profile:

We are looking for you who have a relevant academic education or professional experience that we consider equivalent. Experience of leadership is a requirement, and you should have experience of working with finance. Experience from the real estate industry and change management is an advantage. To succeed in the assignment, it is important that you involve, engage and motivate your employees in your leadership, as well as that you are clear in your communication and have a very good collaborative ability. You should have the ability to think strategically but also act operationally.

Driving license is a requirement.
