The current unit manager in rehabilitation in home care is moving on to another position in the business and we then need a replacement. Your duties: As a unit manager in Health and Medical Care for the Elderly, you have staff, budget and work environment responsibility for about 20-30 employees, mainly physiotherapists and occupational therapists. You work in close collaboration with the other unit managers in the business and report to the deputy head of operations. You are also part of the management team for Health Care for the Elderly. About you You are a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist with several years of experience. We would like to see that you have experience in municipal health care and that you have previous experience as a manager or leader. You are unpretentious, find it easy to prioritize even in pressured situations and work in a structured way. You see your role in a holistic perspective and always have the individual's needs in focus. In this role, you will be responsible for producing reports, procedures and information material. Therefore, you need to have good experience of working in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A B driving license is required.
