We are now looking for a sharp HR administrator for our Staffing Unit within the Support and Care Administration. We are a unit that provides valuable support to managers in the Disability Care, Individual and Family Care and Authority Exercise with a focus on scheduling, recruitment, short-term staffing and administration. Your tasks As an HR Administrator in the Staffing Unit, you will play an important role in supporting managers and operations in workforce planning, scheduling and co-planning. You will have continuous dialog/collaboration with a number of managers regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning. Schedule support helps to ensure that the schedule follows the needs and requirements of the business based on finances, quality and work environment, complies with laws and agreements and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's health risks regarding working hours. About you We are looking for you who have an upper secondary education or a university education that is adequate for the tasks. You should have documented experience of administrative work, primarily in scheduling, workforce planning, staffing economics and logistics. Experience of working as a business administrator, managerial support or planner is an advantage. Knowledge of labor law with an emphasis on ATL, LAS and good knowledge of the stricter working time rules that came into force in the autumn of 2023 is also an advantage. You should be comfortable communicating by phone, Teams and email and used to working in different business systems, where Personec, Timecare Planning/Pool or Multiaccess are particularly meritorious. In your role, you will be part of a team with colleagues in scheduling support and other functions in the staffing unit, where you actively contribute to developing the work together. You will provide good service, have a good professional approach and feel comfortable dealing with issues that arise from managers and operations.
