Our mission within the Staffing Unit is to provide support to managers within the Support and Care Administration. We are organized in the administration's HR unit and provide support to managers in disability care, Individual and family care and Authority exercise. We provide support to managers with recruitment, short-term staffing, scheduling and administrative support. We are now looking for two HR administrators for intermittent employment. Your tasks will be We are looking for two summer temps, one for each staffing unit in disability care. Short-term staffing in Personal Assistance and other disability care / individual and family care. You need to be available during the spring for introduction and jump in for shorter staffing needs to gain experience for your assignment before the summer. You are a telephone support internally and externally and support the activities with staffing issues. The main task is daily short-term staffing, but you will also handle some personnel administrative tasks regarding temporary staff employment, authorizations, troubleshooting and email support. About you We are looking for you who have an upper secondary education or with ongoing/completed higher education. Experience of administrative work, planner or management of short-term staffing, preferably in combination with knowledge / experience from the activities we support with short-term staffing. You enjoy working with a computer and telephone as tools and are easy to express yourself orally and in writing. We would like to see that you have experience / experience from different business systems such as Timecare Pool or Medvind. In your role, you will be part of additional colleagues who work with short-term staffing, but also others in the work group to jointly provide good support to managers and operations. You need to be able to handle stressful situations, have knowledge of labor law with an emphasis on LAS and ATL. A professional approach and good service in the daily contacts with managers, employees and other cooperation partners. We hope you want to be our next colleague!
