
The City Executive Office’s HR Department supports all of the municipality’s administrative divisions in the area of human resources. The HR Department at the City Executive Office consists of four units/teams with different areas of expertise: Payroll and Pensions, Negotiations and Labor Law, Work Environment and Leadership, and Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, where this position is located. Together with the HR functions of the various administrative departments, we deliver value-adding support to management and operations with dedication, professionalism, and collaboration—not least through an attractive, uniform, and consistently applied recruitment process.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will work within the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team at Recruitment Support, which is a municipality-wide function that provides support to HR, managers, and citizens on matters related to recruitment.

This position also involves serving as a subject matter expert for systems related to learning. Currently, these systems are Infocaption and Winlas Kompetens. As a subject matter specialist, you will provide qualified, operational support, responsible for translating decisions, priorities, and development initiatives into practical solutions for day-to-day operations.
