The mission of the Elderly Care Recruitment Center (ÄORC) is to support managers in elderly care throughout the recruitment and hiring process. We are responsible for recruiting and equipping new staff with the training and qualifications they need. Our unit also handles staffing issues in the event of short-term absences and we also have employees working with scheduling to ensure, among other things, that we work with schedules that comply with laws and agreements. We are now looking for an HR consultant for a temporary position until the fall! Your work tasks As an HR consultant with us, you work with the recruitment of everything from hourly workers to permanent employees. You have a lot of contact with unit managers in the business and act as a support and sounding board in issues related to labor law, recruitment and staffing. We support many activities in the care of the elderly, which means that you will have to meet different assignments and needs, which means that there is great opportunity for development and learning with us! Everything from care assistants to communicators are recruitment needs that pass through our business, which makes the work very varied. During the period that the temporary position is located, we have our largest recruitment peak as we will also recruit vacation substitutes for all activities. About you We are looking for you who have a degree in human resources or another equivalent higher education. You have experience of recruitment, where we would like to see that you have worked with larger volume recruitments.
