The Education Recruitment Center is part of the HR unit of the Pre- and Primary Education Administration. The unit consists of a team of 5 HR consultants who deal with issues related to staff planning, staffing, recruitment and marketing. The unit handles issues related to recruitment of intermittent employment and recruitment of needs longer than 14 days, salary advice, issues related to staff planning and system support in Winlas. We are now looking for a deputy proud HR consultant! Your tasks In this position, your main focus will be on staff planning, working closely with another colleague. You will receive incoming staff needs as well as employees in need of new placement and ensure that LAS and decided processes are followed. The service involves close dialogue with managers and principals in the operations and you will provide broad support with issues related to labor law, recruitment and staffing. The unit also plans and coordinates fairs and marketing efforts within the administration. About you We are looking for you who are a trained personnel scientist. You have good knowledge of recruitment, LAS and ATL. For you, computer and telephone are the obvious working tools. You move easily between different technical systems and have a good ability to handle parallel tasks and to prioritize the most important first. We look favorably if you have experience in personnel planning and work with personnel administration systems such as Varbi, Personec P and Winlas, as well as good knowledge of Office 365. We would like you to have experience of working in a consultative capacity with managers.
