The upper secondary and adult education administration has overall responsibility for ensuring that all young people and young adults living in the municipality have access to school in the municipality's own activities or in independent activities, which includes responsibility for the municipality's upper secondary schools, adapted upper secondary school, elite sports upper secondary school (NIU and RIG) and the National Upper Secondary School for the Disabled (RH-gymnasium). The administration is also responsible for adult education and higher vocational education, which should provide pupils, students and participants with a basis for further studies and/or professional activities and the conditions for active employment or participation in society in general. The activities of the Upper Secondary School and Adult Education Administration also include labor market and integration, which provides employment promotion measures, as well as the reception of certain newly arrived immigrants for settlement. The HR unit currently consists of an HR team of four dedicated HR resources. We support and help each other in our daily work in order to make a difference for our managers in the entire HR area. We are now looking for a temporary HR consultant and colleague! About the position In this position, your main focus is on recruitment and workforce planning. You will provide support and advice to managers throughout the recruitment process and be responsible for recruitments from needs analysis and advertising to interviews and reference taking. The role also includes working with fairs, events and school visits, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the field of skills management. You coordinate and match the administration's staff needs, carry out relocation investigations in connection with the need for new placement and ensure that LAS and decided processes are complied with. The service involves a close dialogue with managers and principals in the operations, and you provide broad support in matters relating to labor law, recruitment and staffing within the administration. About you We are looking for you who have a degree in human resources or another equivalent higher education. You have knowledge of recruitment, LAS and ATL. For you, computer and telephone are the obvious working tools and you move easily between different technical systems. In addition, the position requires that you have unhindered knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing and basic knowledge of English. An advantage for this position is if you have experience of consultative work with managers, staffing / personnel planning and / or relocation investigations. If you have experience of Varbi, Personec P and/or Winlas, this is also an advantage. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to be communicative and able to adapt to different target groups. You have a good ability to handle several parallel tasks and can, if necessary, prioritize without compromising quality. Furthermore, you have good interpersonal skills, are a relationship builder and want to contribute to our work on continuous improvement.
