Here, we are committed to ensuring that all children and pupils get the best possible start in life. At the HR unit, we contribute by supporting the managers of the administration in their leadership. The Office of the Pre- and Compulsory Education Administration includes management, finance, HR, legal, communications, facilities planning and administration. The HR unit of the Pre- and Compulsory School Administration consists of 13 employees who are divided into three teams: HR partners, HR strategists and Recruitment Center.

Your tasks

As an HR partner, you support managers in pre- and compulsory schools in various HR issues. Your focus is to support and strengthen our managers in areas such as rehabilitation and work adaptation, systematic work environment work, change work as well as labor law and other conditions issues.

You provide close and business-adapted support based on the municipality's guidelines and contribute to a uniform employer policy.

An important part of the role is collaboration where, in addition to union collaboration and negotiation, you also collaborate with external actors such as Occupational Health Care, the Transition Fund and the Social Insurance Agency.

You will participate in the development of both the Pre- and Compulsory School Administration's and the municipality's joint HR processes, which includes training and informing managers in the area. In the role of HR partner, you will be given the opportunity for a high level of personal responsibility and competence development.

About you

We are looking for you who have:

  • university education in HR or other equivalent academic education,
  • experience of qualified HR work in municipal or regional activities,
  • experience of operational HR work of supporting managers with individual cases, rehabilitation and work adaptation,
  • good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written,
  • good IT skills and experience of working in HR systems,
  • knowledge and experience of labor law issues throughout the employment cycle in the HR area

The work as an HR partner is mainly operational and involves many contact surfaces. Therefore, it is important that you can build trust through your competence.

You are driven, take responsibility and have good ability to plan and structure your work. Since the role involves close cooperation with colleagues, both within and outside your own administration, you need to be communicative, enjoy working together and have an easy time building good relationships.
