Your tasks You will support and assist me, a 45-year-old woman with high-functioning autism and complex PTSD. Your primary task is to help me with stress regulation, emotion management and finding strategies to act constructively in difficult situations. You also accompany me on activities. This can be anything from outdoor activities to shopping. I have a great interest in being out in nature, as well as being physically active. I would like to see that you share this interest, and have the energy for it. Of course, we have fun together and when it is required, you support and lead me through everyday life. About you My wish is that you are a middle-aged woman who is stable and confident in yourself and who can stay collected and focused even in tough situations. You are sensitive and easy to read situations, which makes it easy for you to follow my varying moods. Your responsiveness means that you are always one step ahead and act as a stress regulator. You radiate a calmness to your surroundings and stay collected and have your full focus on the mission. You see challenges where others see obstacles and stand firm when the going gets tough. The work requires personal maturity and the ability to take initiative and make decisions when the situation requires it, to act constructively in difficult situations. You need to be highly committed and have an interest in working with behavioral change. It is desirable that you have a degree in education or social work, for example a social worker, treatment educator or equivalent. You may have experience of working with traumatized people, as well as people with self-harm and autism. It is also important that neither you nor someone close to you smokes because I have asthma. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement, as clear communication is crucial in order to understand my needs and create a safe and functional everyday life.
