We are now looking for two non-conformance managers to ensure the quality of non-conformance handling in nursing and assisted living facilities!

We are now introducing a new type of position to ensure the quality of deviation management and create an efficient and standardized process.This is a fixed-term position, but there is a possibility of extension if the desired results are achieved.

About the Role

This role contributes to systematic quality assurance by identifying risks and patterns, thereby reducing the risk of recurring incidents, following up on events, conducting analyses, and fostering organizational learning. Consequently, the role involves working on continuous improvement and contributes to safe and secure health and social care. 

Your Responsibilities

The position involves close collaboration with relevant departments, managers, development functions, the management team, and the quality unit.

• Handle deviations and prepare documentation for decisions by the unit manager
• Close out deviations following a decision by the unit manager
• Follow up on, compile, and analyze deviations at an aggregated level
• Provide support to the unit manager and operations manager regarding deviations and assist with investigations
• Provide support to the unit manager with documentation and investigations in the operational system
• Initiate improvement efforts that reduce or prevent similar incidents from occurring
• Identify patterns and risks through systematic analysis
• Prepare reports, analyses, and statistics for management
• Participate in quality assurance efforts and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders

Your Responsibilities

You will support the manager in incident management by:

• Contributing to the legally sound handling of incidents
• Being responsible for ongoing follow-up and statistics
• Reporting risks of misconduct or actual misconduct to the unit manager
• Requesting information from the relevant manager as needed
• Participating in incident meetings or investigations
• Contributing learning examples to the organization

About You

To succeed and thrive in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Certified nursing assistant, registered nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, social workeror other college degree with extensive experience in elder care
• Experience in nursing homes and/or home care services,
• Experience with quality assurance or incident management
• Knowledge of the Social Services Act and quality management systems
• Familiarity with working in digital systems
• Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Class B driver’s license

We are looking for someone with a strong ability to work in a structured and analytical manner. You drive processes independently, take initiative, and have a strong ability to coordinate work with others. You also have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to the target audience. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Information

A full-time project-based position, from September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. Working hours are during the day, Monday through Friday.
