What does the role involve? In this position, you will have a varied and important assignment. You will work primarily with individuals in their homes, installing technology, providing support and creating confidence in its use. Examples of tasks: Programming, installing and adapting digital equipment, such as welfare technology, social alarms and digital locks Provide practical support and training to users of technology, in a simple and educational way Collaborate with home care, home nursing and care home staff. Collaborate with activities such as systems management, digital transformation and IT, and suppliers Participate in projects, tests, procurements and communication Manage service, support, documentation and ongoing administration You will be an important link between technology and people, ensuring that solutions work where they are needed most: in everyday life. About you You are a problem solver who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. You are driven, service-oriented and communicative, both in speech and writing. You enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently, directly with the individual user. As the work takes place close to people, it is important that you are pedagogical, responsive and flexible, and can adapt both your language and your working methods to individual needs and conditions. Some of the work has a more practical character, so it is also important that you are not unfamiliar with handling simple tools or technical equipment during, for example, installations. Requirements IT education or equivalent experience deemed equivalent by the employer You have a genuine interest in technology, both hardware and software, and are curious about new systems and platforms Experience of working via computer and digital tools, such as Microsoft 365 Unhindered knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, and good knowledge of English B driving license Meritorious Education or experience in communication and/or project management Previous experience as IT support Experience of working in health and social care Experience working in systems such as Careium and/or Phoniro We see your personality, commitment and ability to cooperate as crucial to succeed with us.
