Our focus is to create safe environments where the individual child together with the group can develop their language, culture and identity. Your work tasks With us, you will contribute to a safe, fun and educational environment where the children's development is always in focus. You work actively to give each child good conditions to develop their language, culture and identity - through play, creation and everyday learning situations. Together with your team, you are responsible for planning, implementing and developing the educational work in accordance with the curriculum and the municipality's goals. You also have an important role in supporting colleagues during planning time and meetings, and are involved in the joint responsibility for the preschool's development. Contact and cooperation with guardians is a natural and important part of your job - where you build trusting relationships with sensitivity and professionalism. About you We are looking for you who have childcare training and who have knowledge of the Sami language. You have experience of working with children. It is an advantage if you have experience of working with multilingual children and families.
