Your tasks

In Umeå municipality, you work as a nurse with health care interventions, you handle

medicines, document, make assessments and guide other staff. You are responsible for ensuring that the

medical interventions work well for our care recipients and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professionals in primary care and hospitals.

About you

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, desirable if you have previous experience but is not a requirement.

As a nurse in the municipality, you and your nursing colleagues have the highest medical competence. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy taking responsibility, have good initiative and contribute to good communication in collaboration with other professions. Of course, you have a good and respectful treatment in contact with care recipients and relatives. It is meritorious if you have specialist training in geriatrics or districts.

The work requires that you have a B driving license. Working hours are scheduled during the day with sparse weekend service every six weekends.

In the workplace there may be fur animals and people who smoke so you should not be allergic.
