Your tasks will include
Carry out medical assessments and manage medication
Documenting and following up on care interventions
Coordinate contacts with doctors, primary care and hospitals
Provide medical support to healthcare staff and contribute to their development
Be an important link for safe and secure care in everyday life
About you
Are a registered nurse
Preferably have experience in health and social care (not required)
Have a good attitude and enjoy working in a team
Are responsible, proactive and confident in making decisions
Have a B driving license (requirement)
We welcome both those who are new to the profession and those who have previous experience.
Working hours are daytime with occasional weekend shifts (every 6 weeks).
Please note that pets may be present with residents and that smoking may occur in some environments.
