Would you like to work closely with patients and be an important part of the team at a nursing and care home? We are currently seeking a nurse for a temporary position at Prästsjögården, starting as soon as possible through February 1, 2027.
As a nurse with us, you’ll have an independent, varied, and meaningful role where you contribute to safety, continuity, and quality care for people with extensive health and care needs.
Your Role
As a nurse at Prästsjögården, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions based on each patient’s individual needs and situation.
You’ll work closely with patients, their families, nursing staff, occupational therapists, physical therapists, the region’s physicians, and other key stakeholders. Together, you create the best possible conditions for safe, coordinated, and high-quality care.
The work is varied, and no two days are alike. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
You plan and organize your work together with your nursing colleagues. With us, you work independently—but never alone.
Your new workplace
Prästsjögården is a municipal nursing and assisted living facility with 70 apartments spread across six units. Each unit has access to a large patio or balcony, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities.
At Prästsjögården, nurses, nursing staff, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, and managers work together to provide safe, person-centered care. You’ll have the opportunity to follow patients over time, engage in preventive care, and contribute to continuity and a good quality of life.
We work from a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach with a focus on participation, coordination, and a clear division of responsibilities.
About You

This position requires a Class B driver’s license and a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. In addition, you are well-versed in working with digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You are confident in your professional role, able to prioritize and make independent decisions while also valuing collaboration and the team’s collective expertise. As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. You contribute to a positive work environment and are eager to share your knowledge with colleagues and nursing staff. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
