Your work tasks As a nurse with us, you work with the usual tasks of a nurse at primary care level. This includes medication management, wound dressing, injections and catheter care, etc. You plan and manage your own working day in collaboration with other professionals with a person-centered approach. The work takes place in ordinary housing and you are responsible for health care interventions in close collaboration with other professionals. The working hours for all services are day, evening and weekend. About you We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. If you have further education with a focus on districts, psychiatry or care of the elderly, it is an advantage. We would like to see that you have experience of working in home care and elderly care. You have good initiative and are good at thinking innovatively. You have the ability to work independently, while recognizing the importance of collaboration with different professions where the person themselves also have an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are responsive and open in your contacts with both the persons being cared for and their relatives. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, and to write and read care documentation, you must have a good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A B driving license is required for the position. The work includes lifting, lifting aids are used after delegation. As there is smoking and fur animals, you should not be allergic.
