Your work tasks As a nurse with us, you work with the usual tasks at primary care level, such as medication management, wound dressing, injections and catheter care. You plan and structure your working day yourself and collaborate with other professions based on a person-centered approach. The work is carried out in ordinary housing where you are responsible for health care interventions in close collaboration with the team around the individual. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. About home health care Home health care is responsible for home care, home visits, rehabilitation, habilitation and assistive devices in ordinary housing, including prescription and certificates for housing adaptation. The mission applies around the clock for people over 18 living in their own home. Our goal is to strengthen the individual's ability to live an independent life and to offer good and safe care with high quality. The work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach, with a focus on participation, coordination and clear division of responsibilities. About you We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. Further training in district, psychiatry or care of the elderly is an advantage, as well as experience of home care or elderly care. You are confident in your professional role, take initiative and dare to think in new ways. With your sharp skills and good judgment, you contribute to quality in your work. You work independently and in close collaboration with other professions and with the individual. A respectful approach is a prerequisite and we attach great importance to personal suitability. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can document and communicate with the individual, relatives and colleagues. A B driving license is required for the position. The work may involve heavy lifting. As there is smoking and furry animals, you should not be allergic. Selection and interviews are ongoing, welcome with your application today.
