Anyone over the age of 18 who cannot get to a health center on their own or with assistance may be eligible to receive health care and rehabilitation/habilitation in their home.

Home Health Care is responsible for home nursing care, home visits, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices in ordinary housing, including prescriptions and certifications for home modifications. This service is available 24/7 for people over 18 who live in their own homes.

Our goal is to strengthen the individual’s ability to live an independent life and to offer good, safe, high-quality care. The work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach, with a focus on participation, coordination, and a clear division of responsibilities.

We are now looking for a competent nursing assistant who is interested in flexible and rewarding work where the individual is at the center!
