We are now expanding our core staff at the Väst-Teg nursing and assisted living facility!

We are a newly built municipal facility located in Väst-Teg. The facility opened in the fall of 2024. In total, there are 120 apartments spread across 12 units, with each unit consisting of 10 apartments. Each unit has its own spacious balcony. On the ground floor, there is a café and a glass-enclosed patio. The Väst-Teg facility also features a production kitchen.

We are now looking for both nursing assistants and nursing staff to join our team!

Your Responsibilities

With a professional approach and a friendly demeanor, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. Resident autonomy is a key focus, and you will help ensure that care services are provided to a high standard, in accordance with care decisions and implementation plans.

You will assist with tasks such as personal hygiene, laundry, housekeeping, meals, and other services. Your duties will also include documenting care procedures and health status, as well as performing medical tasks as delegated by the responsible nurse. The work involves heavy lifting; lifting aids must be used.

Shifts are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

About You

You have a patient approach and maintain a positive demeanor in all situations, even when the pace is fast or conditions change rapidly. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and feel confident handling documentation and follow-ups. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In order to communicate with patients, family members, and colleagues, write and review care documentation, and be authorized to administer medication, you must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. 

Requirements for Nursing Assistants

• Certified nursing assistant.

Requirements for Nursing Staff

• Experience in nursing work within elder care and medication administration.
• We consider it an asset if you have a healthcare education equivalent to that of a certified nursing assistant.

• Nursing Assistant: Four permanent, full-time positions, starting November 30, 2026, or as agreed.
• Nursing Staff: Two permanent, full-time positions, starting November 30, 2026, or as agreed.
