Your work tasks You will assist our residents with personal care and perform medical tasks as delegated by the nurse in charge. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. You work on the basis of the assignment as a contact person, where the resident's participation is in focus. In this way, you ensure that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. About you We are looking for you who have experience in nursing and care homes, you also have experience in medication administration. We would like to see that you are a trained assistant nurse but it is not a requirement. We see that you as an applicant have a genuine interest in elderly care. Your encounter with residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show a great commitment to both users and activities, in all relationships and actions. As a person, you enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive.
