Your work tasks We are looking for you who, through good treatment and a professional approach, assist our elderly in their everyday lives. You will assist with personal hygiene, showers, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The aim is to enable the elderly person to remain in their home for as long as they wish. You work on the basis of the assignment, where the customer's participation is in focus. This ensures that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the nurse in charge. Working hours are day, evening and weekend. About you We would like to see that you are a trained assistant nurse, care assistant or equivalent, but it is not a requirement. However, we see that you have experience of care, preferably in elderly care and/or home care. Your encounter with the individual requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show great commitment to both the individual and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. In order for you to be able to communicate with the individual, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used. Furry animals and smoking may occur in the workplace so you should not be allergic. The service requires a B driving license.
