The resident's co-determination is in focus and you contribute to efforts being carried out, with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You will assist with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the nurse in charge. About you We are looking for you who have experience of working in health and social care, preferably in elderly care. If you are a trained assistant nurse or care assistant, it is an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have experience of working with people with dementia. We are positive if you have had delegation before. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication delegation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We are looking for you who can see the big picture and can prioritize and take responsibility for your work. Great emphasis will be placed on qualities such as initiative, flexibility, ability to cooperate and personal suitability.
