With us, you work with answering alarms and one day is not like the other. Therefore, you need to be confident in meeting many different people in different situations. Working hours are day, evening and every other weekend. About you We are looking for you who have solid experience of care and care work. It is an advantage if you are a trained nurse or care assistant. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with responding to incoming alarms, but this is not a requirement. You enjoy working independently and have good computer skills. As a person, you are stress-resistant, responsive and empathetic. You have a good ability to cooperate with colleagues and other professions. Your encounter with the individual requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathy. You demonstrate a strong commitment to both the individual and the organization in all relationships and actions. We therefore attach great importance to personal suitability. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. When working in the security alarm, driving occurs throughout Umeå municipality and therefore a B driving license is required for this service. Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids must be used.
