Holmsund's care home is centrally located in Holmsund with direct proximity to a health center, pharmacy and grocery store. With us, there are good opportunities for outdoor living thanks to balconies and patios as well as a common courtyard. The building has three floors and houses 59 apartments. Holmsunds Vård- och omsorgsboende consists of six units; three group homes, a short-term unit, a service house department and a group home located in Obbola.

We are now looking for two new colleagues for Älvkungen in Obbola!

Your duties

Through good treatment and a professional approach, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. You will work with personal care and perform medical tasks on delegation from the nurse in charge. The tasks also include documenting actions and health status. You will be a contact person, which means responsibility for ensuring that goals and efforts from the assistance decision and the implementation plan are known and carried out with good quality, with the resident's participation in focus.

Heavy lifting occurs, transfer aids should be used. Working hours are scheduled day, evening and weekend.

About you

We are looking for you who have good professional skills based on maturity, responsibility and a well-developed empathic ability. You show a strong commitment to both users and the business, which is reflected in your relationships and your actions. You work independently and demonstrate patience and initiative in different situations. You also have a very good ability to cooperate and interact with colleagues, relatives and other professionals. We attach great importance to personal suitability.

Requirements

• Experience of work in health and social care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, in order to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication delegation

Meriterande

• Trained assistant nurse, care assistant alt. other health care education
• Experience in medication administration
