Your work tasks We are looking for you who, through good treatment and a professional approach, assist our elderly in their everyday lives with, among other things, personal hygiene, transfers, preparation of food and giving medicine. The goal is to enable the elderly to remain in their home for as long as they wish. You work on the basis of the assignment, where the customer's participation is in focus. This ensures that interventions are carried out with good quality according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. About you We are looking for you who have experience of care, preferably of elderly care. If you are a trained assistant nurse, care assistant or equivalent education and / or have previous experience of home care, it is an advantage. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and obtain medication, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive, empathetic and you enjoy working independently. You show a great commitment to both users and operations in all relationships and actions.
