Your work tasks You will carry out planned interventions in the person's own home and what kind of interventions are needed looks different for the elderly. Common is to support in personal care and hygiene, in meal situations, cleaning and socializing. The work also includes giving medicines and documenting health conditions. About you We are looking for you who have experience of working in health and social care, preferably in home care. If you are a trained assistant nurse or other care education that is equivalent, it is an advantage for the service. You enjoy working independently and have good computer skills. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive and empathetic. You have a good ability to cooperate with colleagues and other professions. You show a great commitment to both users and activities in all relationships and actions. You are required to have a good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As you will be communicating with the individual, relatives and colleagues, as well as writing and reading care documentation. You also need to take medication. To be relevant, you need to have a B driving license. It is also important that you can cycle in winter and summer.
