Your work tasks As a care worker in the municipal home care service, you are responsible for planning and carrying out care work in people's own homes. About you We are looking for you who have experience of working in elderly care. It is an advantage if you are a trained assistant nurse or care assistant. As a person, you have high integrity, are responsive, empathetic and you enjoy working both independently and in groups. You show a great commitment to both users and operations in all relationships and actions. We therefore attach great importance to personal suitability. To work with us, you need to have a B driving license. You also need to be able to cycle in summer and winter. As many of our elderly have animals in their homes, you should not be allergic. There may also be smoking. The work includes heavy lifting, lifting aids are used after delegation. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and receive medication delegation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
