In our lovely rehab team, we are 19 occupational therapists and 10 physiotherapists as well as 3 rehab coordinators who work closely together. Our target group is patients from 18 years and up who need health care in ordinary housing in Umeå municipality. Your work tasks As an occupational therapist, you work to create the conditions for the individual to be able to stay in their home and live as independent a life as possible. The work includes, among other things, making assessments of patients' activity capacity and living environment. Writing certificates, prescribing assistive devices and supervising home care staff are common tasks. About you We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. If you have previous experience of home care or geriatric rehabilitation, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you who have other work experience. You are a positive and committed colleague who wants to be involved in developing our business. As a person, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team while feeling responsible for your own contribution. You think that professional and pleasant treatment, perhaps with a pinch of humor, is a valuable tool for creating good relationships with patients and colleagues.
