Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Administrator with us, you will follow the current goals and procedures of the facility, with a particular focus on staffing procedures. You are expected to be a good representative of the organization in your interactions with employees, family members, residents, and partners.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong prioritization skills who can work independently. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis. You are organized and find it easy to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The healthcare and social services sector, like society at large, is characterized by constant development and change. Therefore, the ability to collaborate, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach are essential qualities for meeting the organization’s needs in the best possible way. We also believe you are someone who wants to grow alongside the role and the organization. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Smoking may occur in the workplace, so you should not have any allergies.
