Are you the one? Home care is responsible for medical care in the home, home visits, rehabilitation, habilitation and the prescription of assistive devices in ordinary housing, including certificates for housing adaptation.
This responsibility covers people over the age of 18 who live in their own home and applies around the clock. The purpose of home care is to strengthen the individual's ability to live an independent life, to ensure safe and good health care and to contribute to an increased perception of quality in care.
We are now looking for an important operations administrator to join our team!
Your tasks will be
As an Operations Administrator you will, together with a colleague, play a central role in managing administrative tasks in the home care sector. On behalf of the manager, you will be responsible for staff planning and short-term staffing during weekdays from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The service also includes handling orders and invoices.
The work involves many contacts, both internally and externally, which contributes to a varied working day. The role also includes practical elements, such as receiving goods and supporting the business in various contexts.
About you
We are looking for you with a high school diploma and experience in staff planning, scheduling, short-term staffing and invoice management.
We consider it positive in this position if you have:
Basic technical knowledge in telephony
Experience with systems such as Proceedo, Personec and the Office suite
Experience of administrative work in home care
To succeed and thrive in this position, we believe that you are stress-resistant and flexible with good collaboration and communication skills. This is because you will handle several cases at the same time and have many contacts. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
A B driving license is a requirement for the service to be able to easily visit different businesses.
